Questions before you start?
Can a small team start with just one module?

Yes. Start with the modules and users your team needs, then add more as your work grows. Lockout / Tagout is also available as a standalone product. Current options and costs are listed on the pricing page.

Can crews use RegulaCore in the field?

Yes, on supported phones, tablets and desktops. Offline incident capture must be prepared while online. Keep the workspace open, unlocked and signed in when reconnecting, and confirm report and attachment receipts. Device storage, permissions and connectivity affect availability.

What about training, policies and approvals?

Connect employee training records and case-specific follow-up to incidents. Controlled documents support policy review, revision history and acknowledgments. Course completion and practical competency verification are separate. These workflows depend on the modules enabled for your workspace.

How do we move our existing records?

Agree the users, sites, records and workflows to bring across before rollout. Review available imports, exports and integration requirements with the team. External connections, data mapping and migration support must be confirmed for your setup; they are not automatic.

Does the software guarantee regulatory compliance?

No. RegulaCore helps organize OSHA recordkeeping, environmental obligations, deadlines and supporting evidence. Your organization remains responsible for applicable requirements, qualified review and accurate submissions. Role-based access and record history support oversight; they do not replace professional judgment.
