Judge it against your work.
Agree what a successful evaluation means for your team. Test with fictional or appropriately de-identified records before introducing real personal data.
Choose one site, workflow and decision-maker. Confirm modules, permissions and applicable workplace procedures.
Measure report-entry time, handoffs and open follow-ups using the same tasks and conditions before and during evaluation. Do not infer injury reduction from a short software trial.
Capture a report, assign an owner, attach evidence and verify the result. Check employee privacy and what each role can view or change.
Review the employee's incident-date training context. Assign workplace-reviewed follow-up if warranted. Confirm that reading acknowledgment alone does not mark practical competence.
Use your phones, tablets and desktops. Refresh drafts, retry interrupted saves and test prepared offline capture where applicable. Confirm report and attachment receipts.
Review exports, record history, unresolved issues, rollout support and total cost. Agree the acceptance decision with your operational and safety leads. Software does not guarantee compliance.
This checklist stays in your browser and is not submitted. Customer stories and outcome claims require permission and independently reviewable measurement; this is an evaluation plan, not a customer case study.
